What now?
Founders
Business Uncorked was created by Wendy and Justin Walton, both of whom built successful careers in professional services whilst raising their family.
Following an extensive career at BDO LLP where latterly she was on the main UK board following a period building a successful, global private client tax practice, Wendy now provides leadership coaching to successful people in the professional and wealth services industries.
Justin held a senior role at John Laing Group following a period in the accountancy profession, including at KPMG and BDO. Since 2015, Justin has been building his business and now coaches with Wendy, focusing on successful people wondering what life beyond success might look like.

We periodically run or attend business, charity and sporting Invitational events that we invite our community to.
Events have included the 2026 Essex Business Padel Invitational with Southend United FC and a Myeloma UK fundraiser at Berry Bros & Rudd in London

Why we created Business Uncorked
We believe that success creates options and to have options is privilege which needs to be handled appropriately. Yet, in our experience people fall into one of two camps.
Those that make overt displays of success or those that take a more refined approach where success is rarely spoken openly about.
Either way, successful people don't always have an outlet to openly share what's going on in their lives or consider what's next for them.
Business Uncorked brings people together to talk, share and build great relationships while having fun at the same time.
